Hey David,
This is what I have come up with for SDL_perl roadmap:


   - Fix build system by "borrowing" Frozen Bubbles' Build system for their
   SDL_perl
      - the windows build is really broken have to do that first
   - Go through SDL_1.2.13 and add missing functions, constants etc
   - Add SDL_Image support
   - Add SDL_Net support
   - Add built on utilities that are useful with SDL::Game
      - Similar to Pygame's PixelArray, Camera, Mask, Midi, Scrap (Clipboard
      Support), Movie (SMPEG)
