I think that dan plays a lot more of a role in the songwriting for SDRE than you
think. Even more than jeremy. just cause he doesn't sing anymore doesn't mean he
doesn't write the songs :-)

i don't think a dan solo record is a good idea. SDRE is one of those bands
that is excellent due to the different parts coming together. i really loved
jeremy's solo album, but i feel that he is a unique talent that amazingly
pulled it off in a different direction. maybe it's just me, but

I would like to add something. People have to remember that Sunny Day
started as Dan and Nate writing songs together, THEN they added William and
Jeremy. Since Nate's gone, Dan's the only original member left of the
creative focus that culminated in Sunny Day Real Estate. I think a harder,
