they were called that because one of their friends passed away from a car wreck in december. they changed it when they realized it was a sdre lyric, but it was still a fitting name, i thought. appleseed cast fucking rocks :) keith

actually, there is an even better one. He uses some of the exact same lines on an lp2 song that he used later on 'call me steam'. call me the sand yadda yadda yadda then something about strange preomenade with eyes closed. i can't even think of the song, but listen and see. kind of cool. earl
