they were called that because one of their friends passed away from a car wreck in
december. they changed it when they realized it was a sdre lyric, but it was still a
fitting name, i thought. appleseed cast fucking rocks :)

i think it's even better when other bands steal sdre's lyrics. for instance: the glassjaw's everything yu ever wanted to know about silence, daryl says "the waiting could crushyour heart" in hurting and shoving, and on diary jeremy says "the waiting could crush my heart"
~jackieMSN Photos is the
that doesn't sound like stealing, im sure other people
have experienced feelings like that, but then again it
could be. but i doubt it...

i'm guessing it was intentional, and i've always assumed it to be implied
that everyone noticed that. i know i certainly did, instantly. (which is not
an attempt at making any less of your claim of realizing it now.)
in pillars, jeremy mentions walking and talking in circles. i've always
actually, there is an even better one. He uses some of the exact same
lines on an lp2 song that he used later on 'call me steam'. call me the
sand yadda yadda yadda then something about strange preomenade with
eyes closed. i can't even think of the song, but listen and see. kind
of cool.
