Dear SEISAN community,

Workshop: November 25th to 27th, 2019

We are pleased to announce that The Ohio Seismic Network (OhioSeis), Ohio
Department of Natural Resources, Ohio, U.S.A., is hosting the next SEISAN
workshop.

The workshop is intended for existing SEISAN users, so there will not be
training for new SEISAN users. Please send an email to Peter p...@geus.dk if
you wish to participate, you must also provide a title for a small presentation
of your work.
We do not have funding to support travel and accommodation costs.

All participants will get a small data set, which include events that can be
used during the workshop. But we encourage all to bring their own data to work
with.

The workshop will mainly cover:
Signal processing
Induced events
Integration of community based monitoring systems
Automatic routines
Baseline monitoring
Work with participants' own data, it is a workshop where everybody works.

The intention is to go through the steps to completely process, particularly,
small events whether from continuous data or event based data.

Participants will get a look into the next SEISAN version, that improves the
metadata handling in the sfiles.
