[2] is an ongoing doc on database tables.
[3] is a guide for migration to SQLStore3
[4] is a guide to using fixed properties (introduced in Store3)

soon.
In NYC, we managed to get them to adopt SMW for nyc.gov/datastandards, but
the semantic features are not used at the moment.
