I'm guessing that it's possible, yes. I hadn't really considered that
possibility, though there certainly is an argument for doing it that way. I
should note that "Browse properties", too, shows up for pages that contain
no properties - for those namespaces where SMW is enabled. Not that that's
necessarily a reason for doing the same thing with Cargo.
