some info on for developers :)
I'd say just move the page to the location you suggested, but maybe have a
"draft" notice on top until Markus reviewed it.

Today someone on IRC was asking if there was documentation on SMW's tables
anywhere
so, I realized writing this is a good thing to encourage new developers to
hack on SMW.
