Hi Ralph,
the problem with the file repositories was a bug introduced while
refactoring james to use jsr250 for dependency injection. It is fixed
in current trunk.
sub-eclipse diff will be fine..

in order to release imap, james-server etc we need to release a new
James-Project version to inherit from the new apache parent pom
which includes the right maven2 repository for apache libraries. So I
would like to start a vote for this. The poms are only used internal
by james-products,

Don't know why, but I just successfully built James including the tests.
Don't know, what the issue was. I was just about to start debugging,
added some output and then it simply worked. What a shame ;)

I'm not a maven user (so far) and have no experience at all.
AFAIK, there was an ant target to create eclipse projects from the source.
Now that ant got removed in favour of maven... Is there a similar functionality
in maven?
