Hi Eric, I added these missing libraries to classpath and there is no much
difference. I will try to compile mailbox with latest Mail box copier java
class for debugging purposes.

I can't say why there is a difference on the libs.
If you simply add the jars, it won't be picked up by the classloader
(classpath is set hard in the startup scripts).
You can modify the scripts, or add the jars in conf/lib/.
The most sure way to track the issue down is to have a stackt
