every committer can just fill out the request.. I used the MSDN also
to test james on windows before. So yeah just go ahead if you like to

I found out that we (James) can apply for MSDN subscriptions [1] with
access to a lot of MS software (maybe interoperability tests with
Exchange)[3] and a lot of benefits.
I don't know the full list of apps but I think we should apply.
What do you think, should I fill out the request
