You have to checkout https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/james/site/trunk and
make your changes into www/hupa folder.

What I do normally, is to generate the hupa site with maven, and just copy
manually the files I'm interested to change into this folder instead of
copying all the stuff, so the commit is smaller.
