I've merged the latest 1.9.5+ -- this is a long overdue merge, bringing several bugfixen. There are also fixes to a DB schema versioning error I discovered last night. No changes for end users (yet) but this means we are in a far better position to bring in recent work by Jose Cedeno & Mihai Sucan that I hope will make Moodle a ton more interesting.
