I dropped off this conversation earlier in the year. In any case,
olpc-contents will be in 0.6 :-)

[Server-devel] xs-activation - has oat{c,s} procol support

I've just pushed a patchseries I've been working on for the last few
days. It's still a work-in-progress but it integrates http and port
191 code and seems to be working fairly well. I used dsd's oats server
as a starting point - thanks!
