activities.sugarlabs.orgon a server that isn't on the Internet (a la
XS)?

Sameer,

I would think that the Sugar Network (under development) would serve a
similar purpose to hosting an ASLO instance. (among other features it
adds).

What would be do-able except sugar's activity updater on the XO would
select every activity for installation by default[1].
