I see in your conf.xml that you had differently done new mailet and
repository settings.
I have only replaced "@aucfp.upv.es" with "@cfturk.com" and restarted
james.'lists' table is automatically created on mssql but does not exist
any

this is my config.xml working properly in a WinNt4 box
with MSQL2k repositories over another box with win2000
