did anyone tried successfully to set the Mail Queue Factory to
FileMailQueueFactory?
When I try this I get an error

So, I've tried it on my local system. Built ant and maven from source.
And somehow it passed james-mailbox-hbase but failed on
[INFO] Apache James :: Standard Mailets ... FAILURE
with an really obvious Exception:
