As far as I can tell, the latest VisualVM (1.3.9) is unable to do CPU sampling
or profiling on the latest EA build (9-ea+169-jigsaw-nightly-h6406-20170517).
Is this really the case, or am I missing something?
Is someone working on this?
I would think that performance analysis would be important

and so bcc jdk9-dev.
https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8167121 has been pushed
to jdk8u-dev. We will need to get this fix in a 8u release.
