I have reverted your patch [1] locally to enable odl-netvirt-sfc and run all
SFTs. It works, so I guess the problem you run into last Friday might be
temporary.

That looks like an old AD-SAL-based app. Since
Highly doubtful anyone is maintaining it; if you look at the top of the
page there is a big warning message:
