I am new to ODL and I want to install ODL with mininet to test SFC using
NSH protocol. I wonder if there is a tutorial or if you can point me some
reading.

You should use the dovs tool which was developed inside the SFC repo:
https://github.com/opendaylight/sfc/tree/master/sfc-test/sfc-docker
Read the README.txt and the one inside the dovs directory. It uses
Vagrant to set-up the VM and then mininet.
