You've got an aweful mess of different parts there. The '86 computer
won't plug into an '88 van. The '86 harness will have to be adapted,
which will be fairly difficult, but not impossible. The '89/90 turbo
van's didn't use the '86 intake, so you'd have to upgrade to an '88+
intake and convert
Adapting the wiring harnes is possible but is not worth the effort, grab a
harness out of an 89 van (a 90 will require an SBEC and the dash controls
may also be different) also alot of that 86 car will NOT be a plug\bolt in.
Your best bet would be to try and salvage as much from an 89 van as you
