     Hello Travis. The most tried and true setup I know of is basically
the exact same thing Jon Genesky has done to his CSX-T that runs high 11's
which is maxed out. At lesser boost (23psi I recall) he made 290 wheel HP
with the lesser 2-1/4" SW, too.
     Here's the formula:
     * 2-1/2" SW
     * 3" exhaust
     * I forget what cam he uses, but I know it is an OEM cam.
     * Stock *un-ported* G-head
     * S60 turbo
     * Large NPR cooler
     * 3-bar cal w/ +40's

     This is the same setup me and my friend have/had planned for his shadow
with the exception of some headwork and intake/exhaust manifold work, too.
Car just needs to be put together now, but he lost interest.
      Jon's engine does have the correct pistons to be used with a G-head
and the added bonus of a dyno tuned calibration. Other than that, it has
bone stock parts. Price out a new S60 or rebuilt one. The NPR's can be
had now for around $200. The 3" exhaust we have cost us $200. Stock
G-head with a valve job and re-surfacing shouldn't cost you that much.
      For the $, I have not heard of a better setup. (unless shooting for
400+ whp)

      Steve Mercier
