We are currently working on content of opensibyl web page, so, I hope, we will have
www soon. Also we are working with FPC IDE to have some basis to work with Sibyl
sources (and also to research compiler and debugger integration). So we will have
FreeVision and IDE for OS/2. But still lot of work required.
First of all it is port of latest GDB and adding FPC changes to them. I don't have so
more time to work with C programs too. I anyone can do this work - u a welcome.
Second. Lot of API's not presented yet in FPC tree. This work not requires deep C or
Pascal knowlidges. Required translation of OS/2 Developers Tookit C .h headers to
pascal units.
Third. Porting of SOM/WPS Toolkit from VPC to FPC required. For low-level work same as
h->pas porting but more easely because pas->pas tranlsation.
Last. If anyone have time to check forms unit - u a welcome. Still some problems with
window proc. Main problem is no debugger.
Please, if anyone have time to do something from this list then do this. I can't do
all work myself :(
BTW, If anyone have some cvs problems, then use ftp.netlabs.org/pub/snapshots/sibyl.
