The biggest change in this version is the addition of a section on HTTPS (see
below).
We can take 15 minutes in Berlin to talk about this specifically, but in the
mind of this author we can put the HTTPS discussions related to this document
to rest with this addition. Obviously, if
I read this document and it looks good to progress.
If you get some other editor comments along the way you might slip in a
reference to s4 of RFC 4648 for Base64, but please don’t stop progressing this
document to wait for this nitty comment.
