Dear Colleagues,

APNIC policies are decided by community members and implemented by the
APNIC staff.

The Policy Development Process (PDP) is a way for anybody to propose a
policy change and participate in the decisions.

This begins when somebody submits a Policy Proposal to the APNIC Policy
SIG before the deadlines established in the PDP.

For proposals to be discussed at APNIC 41 in Auckland, New Zealand, the
deadline is Friday, 15 January 2016.

If you have an idea to improve APNIC IP address and ASN policy, please
follow the instructions below to submit your proposal before the
deadline.

How to submit your Policy Proposal
-------------------------------------------------

There are two ways to submit a policy proposal:

1. Use the online form at:
  http://www.apnic.net/community/policy/proposals/submit

2. Send your proposal in TEXT format to <pol...@apnic.net>.
  http://www.apnic.net/community/policy/process/proposal_template.txt

If you have identified an issue, but do not know the solution, you are
able to complete the Problem Statement part of the proposal submission
form and ask the community to help develop the best solution.
