This is the 2015-09-25 daily.

I need to type a capital "V".  I've tried both:

type("V")

and:

type("v", Key.SHIFT)

In both cases, my app behaves as if I've typed *both* capital and lower
case "v".

The only relevant debug is:

[debug] TYPE "V"
[debug] Region: TYPE "V"

Or:

[debug] ( Shift ) TYPE "v"
[debug] Region: ( Shift ) TYPE "v"

 (not blocking for me, just fyi…)
