Thank you... this is potentially a stupid question but I am weak on Java

but

import org.sikuli.script.support.RunTime as RT
RT.loadLibrary(RT.libOpenCV);
import org.opencv.imgcodecs.Imgcodecs as IC;
import org.opencv.features2d.SimpleBlobDetector as Detector

Results in no module named "SimpleBlobDetector"

Do i not understand how to determine import namespace for that module?

[Sikuli-driver] [Question #691602]: Highest possible exactness for Match?

2020-06-30 Thread jerome
New question #691602 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/691602

I'm having an issue trying to detect transparent images that appear over a
background image.
The way I've been approaching this is to take a screenshot of the background
image and to call a method like

transparentImageFound:
return has(screenshot_of_background.exact()) == False

However, it seems similarity of 99% isn't enough to catch these images
appearing some times. (they are very obvious visually to humans)

Instead of using exact() I've also tried .similar(0.995) and such

Collecting the transparent images ahead of time isn't really an option.

Am I approaching this incorrectly?

Any suggestions?

OK I finally got it !

I think I messed up when initially the macos popup asked me to authorize
java to register screen. Once you deny, it never comes back :( And it's
not in this f** list.

I had to install Sikuli 1.1, which provokes macos to ask me if java
could register screen, and this time I opened system preferences and
java showed up ! once checked, I could reopen sikuli 2 and it worked

Security is good but I think it lacks ergonomy in last MacOS Catalina
!!! Hope it will be better in the future with a better UX.

Thanks

java in this list in your environment ?

I just git cloned code and am running mvn install, to get faster, can

[Sikuli-driver] [Question #688238]: Sikuli doesn't see opened applications on mac os

2020-01-25 Thread Jerome
New question #688238 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/688238

Hi,

My environment:
- Mac OS Catalina 15.2
- SikuliX 2.0.1, fresh install

When invoking screen.capture(), Sikuli always save an "empty" desktop, with no
apps running. You know, the desktop with only the default wallpaper you have
when you're creating a new desktop, or if you close all your apps !

It's the same when I'm using IDE and capture, all my running apps I want to use
with SikuliX are not there, and sikulix asks me to pick a region on a "blank"
desktop.

I tried to do showScreens() :

*** monitor configuration [ 1 Screen(s)] ***
*** Primary is Screen 0
Screen 0: R[0,0 1680x1050]@S(0)
*** end monitor configuration ***

I have no other monitor connected (checked in mac settings / monitors), and it
does as if there was one. Strange.

Thanks !

2014-02-18 Thread Jerome
New question #244196 on Sikuli:
https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/244196

Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to set a BufferedImage with the
ActiveWindow of a screen (on java with the lib sikuli-java)

details :
I don't know the location of the activeWindow and I don't know the content of
the activewindow (it could be a browser, an explorer,...)

Thanks

Jerome

P.S : I work with eclipse with a jre7

Jerome Turner posted a new comment:
For anyone that comes across this thread, this issue seems to be created
because I had spaces in the folder name where I stored my xxx.sikuli
files. When I tried to run the script from commandline it would just
fail.

Jerome Turner posted a new comment:
What are you using sikuli for at the moment??

Are you writing unit tests using unittest or junit?

or just basic scripts in the IDE? (I was quite confused about all this
at the start)

as @RaiMan would say read https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+faq/1804
