Wordpad is a mediocre text program. It does not have the ability to do
extensive formatting. It should not be used for opening non-Wordpad
documents.

Wierd. I was sent a rtf version of it, and I can open it now, but in Wordpad,
the formatting is missing like you say, and in Microsoft Works, the formatting
is there, but the header and footer for each page are missing (I got a message
that some images were too big to display, so that may be it).
I have just converted the Death by Medicine Word document to RTF format and
am sending it of to Wayne Fugitt so that he can post it on his site. It
looks just as good as the Word document. Are you reading this Wayne?

My confuser opens it with WordPad and all formatting disappears so it is

Personally, I don't trust American Biotech.
They have been very slippery and aggressive in the past. Nothing they say
is ever quite what it is...masters of deceptive or misleading language
