Not sure if it would help get off the SSRIs (Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors) like Prozac but SAM-e and Thai Holy Basil are good antidepressants probably through a Serotonin mechansim. Something to look into. To my knowledge there are no side effects or toxicities of theapeutic doses.
