I would like to use the ascorbate form of C that you mentioned as I
have heard it is best but it is to acidic for me.
You might try taking it in combination with a good quality calcium
bentonite clay. The clay will reduce the benefit, but not that much, and
it will buffer the C to the point
To smooth out ascorbic acid and make Sodium ascorbate, which is a
better way to take ;put 1 tspn of ascorbic acid[Vit.C]
Just make sure it is L-ascorbic acid...
in a glass,add 1/2 tspn of Baking soda, add water,let fizz, then
drink. This I find is my best way to take.If that does not

Actually, calcium ascorbate is much better than sodium
ascorbate. Even potassium ascorbate or magnesium
ascorbate (both hard to find) would be better than
extra sodium.
