Thanks Sol, I do use coconut oil for cooking. The expeller pressed one
unfortunately, as my family refuse to eat food which tastes of coconut! It
is mechanically done though, and not chemically, which is the next best
thing to extra virgin I hope. Dee

Hi Wayne, this does explain a lot really. The doctor didn't say anything
except don't eat fat, of course, but I don't often listen to doctors much
anyway fortunately. I am aware of the great cholesterol myth through this
list and others, and of course, the good Dr Mercola who has been brilliant
Hi, I just thought I'd mention that I found the Jarrow formula bile acids on
www.iherb.com for about six dollars cheaper than this site, which is a fair
saving. Dee

This is a great site for anything you want to know about the gallbladder. I
thought I would send it because of the discussion about bile salts. If you
scroll down it has a lot of supplement information.
For Ruth and others without gallbladders it talks about conditions that can
still cause
thanks for the info Wayne, It took almost two years of doctors before
they found the gallstones, I had been written of a hypochondriac because
the couldn't figure out that I was having referred pain. I figure in
that time if Id been older and wiser or new some one as such, I could
have helped
Probably is good. I have some expeller pressed VCO from wilderness
family naturals. I don't much care for the smell/taste though. Their
centrifuged VCO is really nice though, lovely fresh smell, clean taste.
Of course, it costs a whole lot more than the expellerI got the

I buy from iherb a lot. Great prices, very fast shipping, and their
shipping is lower than some other companies I buy

Subject: CSBile salts
I was googling this and found an article which says
that bile salts are
produced by the liver and are actually cholesterol.
Any thoughts on this?
I had understood that I should buy a supplement of
bile salts because I have

The trouble with that is Gail, that they list all sorts of side effects for
every drug you take, some even list death as one of them. Our doctors then
tell us that these have to be listed but are extremely rare, so of course
you believe your doctor. Or I did once. And many people, including all

smell or taste... Dee

I had so-called fibromyalgia, or 'mystery nerve pain' as they called it, but
I now have a theory about it after my bout of shingles recently. I think it
is the herpes virus which attacks the nerves, but does not break out, but is
really excruciatingly painful. I had this round under my arm after
ahh this actually give me some clarity, I have had people tell me they
have fibromylgia in the arm or neck after a car accident and to me it
was not computing as fibromylgia syndrome from my reading and from Drs,
is a combination of symptoms that Dr almost always seem baffled by.

HI all,
I would like to know does anyone on this list have or has ever used the Rife

Has anyone had experience with Alacer's other product called ElectroMIX for
electrolyte supplementation? If so, please share. The Internet prices seem
to range from about $8 to over $20 for 36 packets which makes 9 quarts.
Thanks,

YES I have been RIFED a couple of times - quite an interesting visit.
No matter how healthy you are; you aren't; and don't get too far from all
bathrooms in the house and get a good magazine or Bible to read - you will
be there awhile after rifing.
I had flukes come out for about 3 - 4 hours

I have never used it but a friend did in fact use it. He was well pleased.
