I use Himalayan salt. Nobody puts anything in it. It is a very pure salt mined from ancient sea beds high in the mountains of the Himalayas.  It is rich in all trace minerals used by earth's animals and has a light pink color. Wonderful stuff. Ann B Sent from Yahoo Mail on Android
