CSCS take with or without food?

Hi, General questions about CS. Is it best to take on empty stomach or with food?If taking on an empty stomach, how long before or after eating? If taking with food, does the type of food matter?What about taking CS with liquids (i.e. avoid coffee, juices, etc)? Thanks -- The
