I don't recall if they tried this in the books - it's been awhile since I
read them. The TV show has departed quite a ways from the books anyway. I
am looking forward to netflixing this season and watching for that line.

repelled by spraying colloidal silver into his eyes. Funny, I thought it
was werewolves that were affected by silver.
