Here's a few suggestions.
Mix your ACV with raw unheated white honey and a squirt of lemon juice per glass to replace the CS. The CS should be used externally, not internally for it accumulates as a heavy metal and by remaining in the system causes problems later.
Use a distiller with a charcoal filter and reconstruct the water with Willard Water or Water of Life (WaterOz).
Cut back on your water intake and replace it with pulpless juice from fresh juiced veggies and fruit. If no screw/gear type juicer at this time, then drink your water by eating fruit that contains a lot of water, ie., ripen mellons, mangos, oranges, etc.. They not only have the water your body needs but also comes with vitamins and minerals. I admit it's hard to find many that still have these, but you might get lucky if you're not growing your own. Wheatgrass is a cheaper option that you can grow. 
After you've done this, then visit me and we'll go biking on my 16 mile bike trail, same afternoon of course.
