Hey Folks I'm wondering if anyone remembers a post on Migraine head
aches, and hopefully will post or send it to me.
As I recall the person that posted had used a modality for some other reason
and his/her long standing migraine's ended.

Hi Larry,
My wife's migraines disappeared within a couple of weeks after she
dumped all grains, simple carbs...not quite Atkins...she still eats
brocolli and the other more complex (realize that isn't quite the right
word) vegetables.
Its simple and there isn't a downside:)

I suffered for three years as a teen with migraines that were unbearable. I met
a biochemist who recommended that I take 100 MG of B-Complex, making sure to
take on extra bottle of B-1, 50 MGs, just once. I never had a migraine again,
and menstral cramps, which had been horrible,
