Have you tried keeping the bandage soaked with CS?
It doesn't work instantly like alchohol or peroxide and doesn't burn
up tissues like them either.

Did they put in dissolvable stitches? Any dissolvable stitches made my
incisions stay raw, open and weepy. I had to go in and pull the
stitches out, myself. Once I did that they healed up just fine. This
was before my knowledge of CS, so no, I did not try any.
