CSTotally OT -- Butter

And that is an absolute truism.  lol   I spent my childhood ripping my bread to shreds because my father was convinced that butter should be stored in the refrigerator.  One of my *bursts of freedom* as an adult was to store my butter on the counter-top.  With a great deal of satisfaction.  :-)
