We was it natural vit A, or synthetic. That's the question. People have been using Cod Liver oil for centuries, and liver is chock full of the stuff. Vit A is required by the body for eyesight and the synthesis of T3 from the T4 thyroid hormone. I'be never heard of a case of toxicity
