We are supposed to produce low voltage CS I believe and cannot really understand the difficulty. I just fill the jar with distilled water, pop on the generator and let it brew for four hours, when it shuts itself off. This produces perfect clear silver, with a good Tyndall effect. And

The reactivity to sunlight indicates that there are silver compounds (maybe silver nitrates, and others?) in the water, which can happen with the HV, so I hear. Ergo- silver in photography, etc. The LV makes a stable ionic water that does not react with the sunlight, which seems to me like it
