The story happened like this. My ex-neighbour and her son were
suffering from severe mold problems so I invited them to come and
stay with me. Soon after they moved in, I started getting cold
sores, which I never got before. It turns out her son was a star
athlete and the girls simply adored him. He brought home lots of
  different viruses:)

Everyone was taking 8 oz of 10ppm cs daily, which helped clear the
cold sores, but they went very slowly. Meanwhile, I was suffering
from a residual Shingles infection that left open, bleeding sores
that were very painful. The 10ppm cs had no effect.

I was experimenting with different methods of making stronger cs,
and finally stumbled on reducing the current. This made about 19ppm.
I was afraid to drink it, so I merely held it in my mouth for 10
minutes then spit it out. A mouthful is about 1 oz, so it was about
1/8th the volume of what I was drinking before.

Much to my surprise, the Shingles scabs dried up and fell off two
days later. Afterwards, we went back and forth between the 10ppm and
20ppm cs, and everyone decided we liked the 20ppm better. The cold
sores stopped immediately, and other minor infections also cleared
  up.

We all took the 20ppm sublingually. I believe this works better for
  two reasons:

    1. This gives the metalloproteins in saliva a much longer time to
combine with the cs ions so they can be absorbed naturally.

    2. It gets a high concentration in the bloodstream quickly, before
the body has a chance to start eliminating it. The higher
concentration is more effective in killing viruses.

I think the big difference is going to higher ppm cs, and using
sublingual absorption instead of passing it through the stomach.

So you already know about high ppm cs. That's great!

Sol, you should be able to make 20ppm and have it stay clear without
any problems. What cs generator are you using?

I push mine a bit past 22ppm, and it may get a slight tint but not
enough to worry about. I stopped adding H2O2 because found I hate
the taste. A pale yellow tint means some of the ions were converted
to oxides during the brewing process, but the oxides are inert and
  won't harm you.

  Hope you get well soon!

Best Wishes,

Mike Monett
