Thanks everyone for the info about putting silver into a nebulizer and not a regular humidifier.  My son is much better, must be from the steam. I really appreciate the generosity with advice and common sense on this list, thank you all.

Another question.....I bought a Sigg water bottle yesterday and then learned it is made with aluminum and a liner.  I was wondering what the consensus is on thes types of water bottles, and what does everyone else use?  When I purchased the Sigg, I thought it was one of the stainless steel ones, but it really is lightweight.
