I really like the GAIA brand. They call theirs liquid phyto-caps and they ask you to drink with warm to hot water. They're a bit expensive but when you're sick you need to quickly attack an infection. I've liked using their Oil of Oregano. It just seems the Italians have it right: a little

I agree about the olive leaf for infection. Do you mind posting to me (us) what brand you use? I am experimenting with different ones as I find that there is a big difference with brands. I have been using two that I like alot but would be interested in knowing what you use. Thank you
