You can get SlowMag at any pharmacy and some Wal Marts also carry it. It is
not all that cheap but from my perspective it works.

Yes Mike however be careful it is very strong depending upon how fresh
the beets are, so go easy to start with, then build up or you will
have a very serious liver hex !!!
