I know ALA is good for diabetic systems, but I also heard that RLA is better. It seems that ALA is made up of RLA and LLA which fight each other somewhat, but what diabetics need is the RLA. True or False. Apparently also there is only one place that makes a stable version of it. Thanks, Jim
