Formaldehyde has no known safe levels. dee urea formaldehyde resin has been a scourge in my life. But for nails, I think one could use a lacquer from art supplies to embed the anti fungal herbs and silver for sustained release. There are water based varnishes etc. -- The

Why Propylene Glycol - not for me either thanks - I'll go on trialing internal strengtheners. After i have purchased from ebay this morning i see the long list of ingredients. Sigh...i should have waited. Others ingredients i can accept, however, why formaldehyde? Melly
