I have had sinus problems for over 30 years. Sometimes I could hardly sleep
because my nasal passages were so blocked up. I started using CS about 3
months ago. For the first week I sprayed it up my nose and I was able to
sleep soundly. Nowadays I just use it if I get stuffed up before bedtime
