Add 1 oz. DMSO (99.9%) to the 4 Oz CS and you have a 20% Sol.of CS/DMSO Use
this for topical use or in nebulizer for sinuses or lungs. For internal,
dilute with = extra CS or Dist. Water.

Even 2-4% will have an effect. All depends on how much CS you want to
carry in. Personally I use at least 20% and up to 80%.
