CS does kill the Rabies virus if it contacts it, however, it might not cure rabies. Contact can be a bit of a problem. CS won't hurt a pup and might help. It might be a good idea to let a pups immune system develop for a few months before exposing it to CS. ode At 11:52 AM 11/19/2006

Another possibility would be to start with a whole house filter. Since the chamber screws on an off, it would make it fairly easy to check the electrodes. Or use a large fuel filter, similar design, but they have a clear plastic housing so you can monitor without even unscrewing it.
