I followed the Deihl protocol, taking three CMO a day before meals or when I
think of it, (like I dont have 3 meals always) with additives like their
Myrist-Aid or herbal anti-inflammatories - I wrote this out for the friend I'm
doing this protocol with: (I also take Mg, Biotin, CoQ10, Gingko
I don't know if you need the capsules but I pay around $12.00 for the powder
at Beyond-A-Century.
