Red Yeast Rice...I've seen it work well in many, many people and I've seen
doctors blown away by it's results. It is a statin like the prescription
drugs out there, but is all natural and much safer.

My customers when I was managing a health food store swore by witch hazel
and aloe. The aloe helps ease the stinging of the witch hazel and aloe is
also very healing.

I do add the CS to the salt solution. Particularly when I think there's any
sort of infection. Usually with just one use it knocks out the infection.
Also, thanks for the welcome Mike. This site has taught so much about CS and
many other things. I've known CS was a great thing since the first time
I have been using a neti pot for several years. I unfortunately have not
managed to save up to buy a generator yet to make my own CS, but I have been
using commercial stuff for a few years. I also worked in a health food store
for several years so I know a bit about what other people do as well.
